The first three photos show the previous foam innards of a Dodge Ram 250 truck. My Father, a diabetic, frequently lost control of his bowels. This made the truck... unpleasant to drive. Since my Father no longer drives and the mess was unlikely to reoccur I researched solutions to the problem. Cleaning, vacuuming and shampooing did not help. This did.The second three photos are the, "Front Bucket Seat Bottom Lower Cushion Pad Upgrade for Dodge Ram Pickup Truck." The part was damaged on two sides. I couldn't tell if it was chemical or heat damage, it didn't look like physical damage. I decided not to send it back because the pad will be covered and, frankly, I didn't have the time. The last four photos show the replacement. I hired a shade-tree auto upholsterer to do the work. He charged $30, but I live in a very low cost-of-living area. The replacement was fast (less than 90 minutes altogether) but we did it over two days, on a Friday and a Monday. On Friday he removed the seat cover (which was filthy). I took it home and cleaned it in ways that would be impossible while it was in situ. Then, the cover had to thoroughly dry. On Monday I returned to the upholstery shop and he replaced the foam and returned the seat cover, as seen in the last photo.I am docking the, "Front Bucket Seat Bottom Lower Cushion Pad Upgrade for Dodge Ram Pickup Truck," one star due to the mystery damage.Easy to install. My seat looks like it just came from the factoryI had to do a lot of trimming to get the cushion to fit my 2008 RAM 1500 driver side seat.the front of the seat cover is angled at about a 15 degree slant , whereas the cushion is not. cushion is more like a 90 degree angle causing the cushion not to infill the front part of the seat cover, I spent about half an hour trimming a very expensive over 100.00 cushion and finally made it work. I rated it a 3 because it is very comfortable.Sitting on the new seat cover and cushion the seat actually feels like i am sitting a little higher which i believe is a good thing. I did also notice the cover did not adhere the inside seams into the groove of the cushion so it is not snug to the foam in the middle part of the seat but it still looks good. It looks very similar to the factory foam but its not,The cushion fits good and gives some cushion back to the seat bottom. We will see how it holds up. 100+ dollars seens a bit high but if it is truly "upgraded" it may be worth it.The cushion fit my truck perfectly. I know now what a pain in the rear the old seat cushion had been causing.I do recommend that you remove the entire seat and replace the cushion outside of the truck. There are videos on YouTube that show how to do it inside the truck but it turns out that it is a lot more difficult if you don't remove the seat.Make sure you have a vacuum cleaner handy to clean up the mess of the old cushion. My old cushion had disintegrated into this bread-crumb looking stuff that went everywhere when I pulled the seat cover off.Item arrived on time and as advertised. Installation and fit were as if OEMThe product quality seem to be first class, durable solid and still comfortable. I’m very pleased with the fast delivery and notification that the item had shipped. Installation was simple as folding back the seat cover, placing it in and recovering. I would have given five stars however it’s very pricy for a cushion.Good product...Their just uncomfortable for me...Mine really didn't do me any good to replace it...I have just been spoiled with the Fords an Chevy's Comfort
