I bought this to replace the old cushions on a metal porch swing. The padding is insubstantial. It feels soft, but just squishes down completely when you sit on it, so it doesn't really do a whole lot. There's also not enough ties to hold it in place. There needs to be at least one more set of ties for the middle of the seat backing at the top; the middle sags down quite a bit and there's no way to get it to stay up, partly because the padding is not substantial enough to hold up the fabric. The green color is really pretty, though. But you get what you pay for, I guess.
